3. Market research/market evaluation done

4. Listing presentation at your home

5. Listing Contract signed – minimum of 60 days required

6. FOR SALE SIGN ordered and installed

7. Exterior and Interior photos taken

8. Home is measured

9. Listing submitted to REAL ESTATE BOARD

10. Property downloaded to realtor website/submitted to Real Estate Weekly newspaper

11. OPEN HOUSE held for local realtors

12. OPEN HOUSE held for the public

13. Contact all potential Buyers

14. Offer received/presented/negotiated/accepted

15. Possible Property Inspection

16. Removal of all Subjects

17. Contract submitted to lawyers/mortgage brokers

18. Completion day/Possession day/MOVE!
