All of DELTA is comprised of 3 distinct areas – North Delta, Ladner and Tsawwassen. For those of you not familiar with the lower mainland, Delta is in the south west corner of B.C. bound by the Fraser River to the north , Boundary Bay and the U.S. border to the east and south and Georgia Strait to the west.

Historically, Delta has been a farming and fishing commnity. LADNER, once an active fishing village has a charming village core with restored historical buildings. TSAWWASSEN, known for its sunny climate, is the departure point for ferries to Vancouver Island and the Gulf Islands. And NORTH DELTA is home to the 10,000 acre Burn’s Bog, a wonderful natural reserve with over 200 species of migratory birds.

DELTA is a wonderful alternative to the busier, more expensive neighbourhoods of Vancouver. With wonderful recreational resources, great schools, beautiful waterways and all the necessary amenities,  Delta is a great place to live!
